• Laser bleaching- teeth are whiter after about two hours with the application of a solution and a laser
• PAC-lite solution- similar to the laser bleaching method, but only lasts about 40 minutes
• Tray method: An at-home procedure, which requires placing a molded tray over the teeth for two to six hours a day for a course of seven to 10 days, depending on the desired results of the patient.
